Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by the room I stayed in. It was dated but comfortable and clean, with a long but narrow balcony offering a nice view of Waikiki and partial ocean views. The amenities provided, like a big screen LG HDTV, coffee maker, refrigerator, balcony with chairs, comfortable beds, AC, and clean shower, made my stay enjoyable. The service was a mix of outstanding and lacking. Abby stood out with her local knowledge and bubbly personality, helping us book great adventures. However, the regular room cleaning was inconsistent, and some staff members seemed a bit rude at times. Nevertheless, the hotel seems to embrace the 'Aloha' mentality. The location was both a highlight and a drawback. It was convenient to shops, restaurants, and a trolley, with the added bonus of free travel on the Pink trolley during the stay. However, being close to the service areas meant noise from cleaning carts and elevators. The dining experience was decent, with a breakfast buffet available for a good deal. The facilities were sufficient, offering dry cleaning, housekeeping, shuttle service, and a welcoming atmosphere. One downside was the lack of breakfast at the pool. Overall, the hotel provided a mix of positive and negative experiences.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were always kept nice and clean by the lovely and friendly cleaners. The service was impeccable with all staff being genuinely concerned about ensuring a great stay. The location was super convenient, close to everything I needed. The dining options were satisfactory, although a bit limited. Overall, a great value for the experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The room size and location were great, but being close to the elevator made it noisy, and the air conditioning couldn't keep the room cool. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being helpful but others hard to understand. The location was convenient for getting to the beach and shops, although closing early was a downside. The dining options were a bit pricey, but the cafe served decent meals. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel was wonderful, with super clean and spacious rooms and very welcoming and helpful service. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of the action in Waikiki. The dining options were a bit lacking, but the pool area was well-maintained. A great value for money overall.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, shops, and public transportation, offering easy access at a budget-friendly price. While the room change process wasn't quick, the proximity to key amenities makes up for it.
I had a great stay at the hotel, even though my room was next to the express elevator; it didn't take away from the wonderful experience. The rooms were nice, clean, and well-supplied, and the service was excellent and friendly. The location was perfect, close to the beach and main shopping centers. However, the dining ended up being expensive, but the facilities were top-notch.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room I got was smaller than expected with a tiny shower that caused a scratch; however, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was convenient for exploring the area, but the room size discrepancy was a letdown.
My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The rooms, although clean, were on the smaller side and felt a bit dated. The service was top-notch with helpful and friendly staff. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the main attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, a decent option for the price.
